FAQ

​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Placing an order here on What Music They make is a simple process, to begin select "shop" from our home page menu, then proceed to browse any of the instruments we are currently offering for sale by clicking on their icon. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, simply click "Add to cart"-  to add the instrument to your shopping cart/basket. Once you have completed shopping, proceed to the "shopping basket" icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu. After clicking "view cart"- you  will be directed to all of your items in your cart and there you can proceed to place your order by clicking "checkout". You will then be directed to complete payment via either PayPal, or electronic Wire/ Bank transfer as per our payment instructions outlined below.  After payment has been made, we will receive a notification and your order will be placed, and we shall begin processing your order for shipment. 

 

Payment and Shipping

We accept both PayPal and electronic Wire/ Bank transfer payments on all orders placed through our store. Please note, once you have made payment via the method of your choice, we shall contact you to confirm your delivery address and begin packing your order and ship it off to you via FedEx,

We inform all customers once we have received your order, and let you know when your payment has cleared.

Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, we shall contact you again with the relevant tracking information for your order, which can be used to follow the delivery progress of your purchase on FedEx's online system.

2. For Wire/ Bank transfers, please use the following details to make payment through your financial institutions online banking platform: Please note, payments must be made for each item individually for Wire/Bank transfers.

Reference: Please use the title name of your purchase, as shown on our store. e.g: Vintage Hofner V3/173 Circa. 1960's OHSC. 

 

Please let us know should you require any assistance in completing your Wire/ Bank transfer payment, if you are uncertain about the reference to be used when making payment, please contact us and we will provide you with the correct reference.  All payments made through this method are secure and processed with Anti-Fraud protocols in place.

 

Once payment is processed and cleared, we will contact you to finalize your delivery details and issue you with the tracking information for your order.

​Returns & Refunds

​

We offer a 3 day Returns/ Refunds policy on all purchases made through our store. All items are sold in "As- Described" condition- and can only be refunded/ returned if they are received in a condition that is substantially different from how the item was described/ photographed on our store. Should you wish to request a refund/ return on your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your order and we shall discuss the matter with you promptly. 

All refunds are issued back via the original method of payment, and refunds for returns are issued upon us receiving the item/ items back in our possession- and inspecting the serial number for each instrument to confirm its identity. 

For returns, we cover the cost of return shipping and will arrange FedEx to collect the item/items from you in this case.
